KY 626 enters Warren County after crossing KY 1083, and then it reaches Hadley where it intersects and then turns on US Route 231 (US 231, Morgantown Road). KY 626's runs concurrently with US 231 north for just over a mile (1.6 km). KY 626 turns from US 231 at an intersection with Hadley School Road. KY 626 traverses the William H. Natcher Parkway via an overpass, and then reaches its eastern terminus at an intersection with KY 1435 in rural northwestern Warren County, north-northwest of Bowling Green.〔DeLorme.
